The way a shoe store should operate, that's Shoe Fly! Their dedication to customer service is unmatched. Botched surgery on both feet have left me in pain daily. And with two knee replacements and other injuries, the right shoe makes all the difference in the world. Ben didn't quit until he found what worked for me. And the difference is amazing! I've bought 3 pair of shoes from Shoe Fly so far. I'll go nowhere else. By the way, I went to the Shoe Fly store on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg.

Went in with my 10 month old to pick out his first pair of big boy walking shoes, and Briana was so wonderful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, measured my son’s feet, and helped us pick out the best shoes for him! She was very knowledgeable about the answers to all of my questions. She was so great with him and made him laugh. (Which can be hard to do) . I’m so happy with the service Briana gave us.

We had an amazing experience here. We walked in and were welcomed immediately by Nick the general manager. He answered my MANY questions with kindness about the shoes and insoles I purchased, guiding me to which would be best for my situation. He showed me many choices, and got us in and out in a very timely manner. Amazing customer service. I look forward to returning to the Harrisburg store again when I need to!

Nick Choban at Shoe Fly in Harrisburg, Pa was awesome. Nick went above and beyond to help me with my shoe purchase. He was also very kind and patient. He knew there was a shoe there in the storeroom somewhere that I wanted to purchase and he found them and even gave me a discount because they were the last pair there. Thanks again Nick

My favorite shoe store. I have had painful feet for years. At other stores sometimes a show is great or not. When I come to Shoe Fly the staff helps me find shoes that make my feet not hurt anymore.

I recently went in to buy a pair of workout/walking shoes. Josh was so helpful in getting me the perfect ones. Josh listened and I only tried on a few styles until I had the most comfortable pair with a great fit. I didn’t plan on getting a pair of dress shoes but with Josh’s knowledge, I made another purchase. As a side note I have had difficulties in the past in getting footwear so my highest praises to Josh for helping me out. Many thanks Josh!!!

Gina was soooo helpful. I walked in and told her about my severe overpronation. She recommended the NB 990v6. I tried them on. They were the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. Definitely recommend.

Lennox M. provided top notch customer service being patient and accommodating while I tried on 7 different pairs of sandals before making my selection. Not every retail representative has this skill set today. Lennox made a great impression on me.
